Hak her gün ve her ay yenilenir; kullanılmayan hak devretmez. Bir fotoğrafta birden fazla soru varsa hepsi çözülür ve çözülen her soru bir hak kullanır; okunamayan ya da eksik çıkan soru hak yakmaz. Kalan hakkın Sohbet ekranındaki yazma alanının yanında görünür.
O günün ya da o ayın hakkına ulaştın. Uygulama ne zaman yenileneceğini söyler. Daha yüksek bir pakete geçersen üst paketin hakkı o anda başlar.
Abonelik App Store hesabından yönetilir; uygulamanın içinden iptal edilemez. iPhone'da: Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler → FotoMat → İptal et. Dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik kendiliğinden yenilenir. İptal edince erişimin ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar sürer.

Hayır. Gönderdiğin fotoğraf ve metin, çözülmek üzere sunucumuza ve oradan yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına iletilir; çözüm döndükten sonra fotoğraf da soru da sunucuda saklanmaz. Çözümlerin, favorilerin ve fotoğrafların yalnızca telefonunda durur. Hesap sekmesindeki "Hesabı sil" bu telefondaki bütün kayıtları siler. Ayrıntı: Gizlilik.
Hayır. Ad, e-posta, telefon numarası istemiyoruz. Uygulama ilk açıldığında bu telefon için rastgele bir numara üretir; bu numara yalnızca hakkını saymak ve aboneliğini tanımak için kullanılır.
Evet. Çözümler yapay zekâ tarafından üretilir ve hata içerebilir. Ödev ve sınavlarında son sorumluluk sende; çözümü kontrol et. Soruyu okuyamadığında ya da fotoğrafta matematik sorusu olmadığında uygulama bunu açıkça söyler; benzer bir soruyu çözmeye çalışmaz.
Çözüm sorunun dilinde yazılır: Almanca bir kitap sorusuna Almanca cevap gelir. Soru bir dile ait değilse (yalnız sayı ve semboller) uygulamanın dili kullanılır. Çözüm kartındaki dil rozeti bunu gösterir.

FotoMat does one thing: you take a photo of a math problem, and you get a step-by-step solution. No account is needed; every device that opens the app for the first time gets 2 starter solves.

Every plan has a daily and a monthly question allowance:
The allowance is renewed every day and every month; unused solves do not carry over. If a photo contains several questions, all of them are solved and each solved question uses one solve; a question that can't be read or is cut off doesn't use one. Your remaining solves are shown next to the input field on the Chat tab.
You've reached the day's or the month's allowance. The app tells you when it renews. If you move to a higher plan, the higher allowance starts right away.
The subscription is managed from your App Store account; it cannot be canceled inside the app. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FotoMat → Cancel. It renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. After canceling, your access continues until the end of the paid period.
On a yearly plan, new subscribers get the first 3 days free; during the free days the Small plan's allowance applies, whichever plan you chose. When the free days end, you're charged automatically; if you don't want to be charged, cancel from the App Store before the 3 days end.
Tap "Restore Purchases" on the Plan screen or on the Account tab. A subscription bought with the same Apple Account is brought to this phone.
No. The photo and the text you send are passed to our server and from there to our AI provider to be solved; once the solution comes back, neither the photo nor the question is kept on the server. Your solutions, favorites and photos stay on your phone only. "Delete account" on the Account tab deletes every record on this phone. Details: Privacy.
No. We don't ask for your name, email address or phone number. The first time the app opens, it generates a random number for this phone; that number is used only to count your solves and to recognize your subscription.
Yes. Solutions are produced by artificial intelligence and can contain mistakes. In your homework and exams the final responsibility is yours; check the solution. When it cannot read the question, or there is no math question in the photo, the app says so plainly; it does not try to solve a similar question instead.
The solution is written in the language of the question: a German textbook problem gets a German answer. If the question belongs to no language (only numbers and symbols), the app language is used. The language badge on the solution card shows this.
